At FarmKeep, we value your privacy and want to ensure you have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your FarmKeep account, follow these steps:
Log in to Your FarmKeep Account:
Open the FarmKeep app and log in using your account credentials.
Navigate to Account Settings:
Click on your profile icon or go to the settings menu.
Choose "Delete Account":
Select the "more" option in the top right of the header menu and select "Delete account"
Fill out an optional short survey:
If you would like to let us know why you want to delete your account, you can do so here, and select "Next"
Confirm Your Decision:
A confirmation screen will appear. Review the information and confirm that you wish to delete your account by selecting "Delete account."
What Happens After You Delete Your Account?
Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion and will no longer be accessible.
Data deleted includes:
Task and farm management records
Livestock and animal data including health records, photos and pedigrees
Livestock breeding records
Farm production records
Financial and accounting records
Area map and pasture planning details
Team member access and task assignments
Data Retention Policy:
After submitting your deletion request, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days in accordance with our data retention policy. During this time, your account cannot be restored, and all associated data will be erased.
